Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For premium handcrafted pieces, please allow up to 10-12 days for production and delivery.
How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is Aykaa's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How do I ensure I am choosing the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our guide, as sizing may vary between different styles and silhouettes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Are the colors of the products accurate to what I see on screen?
While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations may occur due to studio lighting or your device's display settings. Hand-dyed fabrics may also have unique, minor inconsistencies.
