Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, accessories, and invoices are included to avoid processing delays.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please ensure a representative is available to hand over the package to our logistics partner.
Quality Check & Refund
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
